My EZ Reminder is a convenience reminder service that lets you create one-time and recurring reminders. Delivery depends on the contact information and notification choices you provide. You can manage your reminders and account in the website.

Reminder text messages

If you have Plus and separately opt in, My EZ Reminder may send automated reminder texts for reminders you choose to receive by text at your verified phone number. Message frequency varies with your reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Text consent is not a condition of purchase.

Reply STOP to opt out of reminder texts or HELP for help. You can also contact us through the Contact page. Phone verification codes are separate from reminder texts.

Your choices

Keep your contact information current and create reminders only for notifications you want to receive. Plus includes up to 100 successfully accepted reminder texts per calendar month when text delivery is available.

No guarantee of reminder delivery

My EZ Reminder does not guarantee that any reminder, email, SMS or text message, notification, or other communication will be sent, delivered, received, sent or delivered at any particular time, or sent at all. A reminder may be delayed, fail to send, fail to be delivered, be sent incorrectly, or never be sent at all.

Delivery failures may result from internet outages, server failures, software errors, mobile carriers, email providers, third-party service providers, spam filtering, device settings, incorrect contact information, account or usage limits, maintenance, service interruptions, or other circumstances within or outside our control.

Not for critical or time-sensitive obligations

Do not use My EZ Reminder as the sole or primary method for remembering or managing medical appointments, medication schedules, legal deadlines, court appearances, financial obligations, emergencies, safety-related matters, or any other important or time-sensitive obligation.

You are responsible for maintaining independent backup methods for remembering and managing these matters.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, My EZ Reminder and its owner or operator will not be liable for missed appointments, missed deadlines, health consequences, legal consequences, financial losses, penalties, or other losses or damages arising from a reminder or communication that is delayed, incorrectly sent, not delivered, not received, fails to send, or is never sent at all.
